How is the functionality and look &#8212; appealing and useful, ugly and clunky<span id="more-603"></span>, or somewhere in between?  Everything I post on the site is original content and it is time consuming to produce, but I feel like it helps buyers and sellers glean a bit more about the Branson / Ozarks housing market than they could piece together from a bunch of other sites.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was out at Emerald Point yesterday showing one of my listings and noticed a few new homes being built in Emerald Point; I think four to be exact. For those of you who know Emerald Point, it is a great upscale gated lakefront community that has sweeping views of Table Rock Lake and is only 10 minutes south of Branson.</p>
<p>Anyhow, I was rather excited to see builders going forward and starting to build again. I think this says something about the area and where we are relative to the larger US markets &#8212; that our supply -demand fundamentals here in the Branson area never really got that far out of whack.</p>
<p>We have 7 million + visitors per year, of which many consider retiring to the area. Since we only have in the 35,000 person range as a population to begin with here in Taney County, we can&#8217;t help but grow even if only 1/2 of 1/2 of 1/2 a percent of our visitors decide to stay. That&#8217;s one reason I&#8217;m optimistic (but still realistic!) on the future of real estate in Branson, Mo.</p>

Since I had used keywords that had nothing to do with the bank in my google search, curiosity got the best of me and I had to figure out why it came up in the results. Google was spot on, as deep in the document it was noted that at least one condo development in the area who&#8217;s $9.2 loan is held by this specific bank is indeed in risk of being foreclosed upon. Using what I know about that bank and what condos are currently being built around the Tri Lakes area, there&#8217;s a very good chance that there could be some price-reduced inventory on Table Rock Lake condos in the near future (especially on Indian Point).
