			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333; font-size: 14px;">On Thursday, Congress approved <em>The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009</em>, which effectively extends the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence, as well as home buyers who have not owned a home for the last three years.  This is great news for those people who have yet to take advantage of the excellent opportunity.  Homes have to under contract by April 30, 2010 so don&#8217;t delay &#8212; give me a call at 417.337.1627</p>
