Intimate Market Knowledge
I am a top producing agent with ERA Table Rock Realty here in Branson, Missouri. For the last 17 years I have made it my business to know anything and everything that can affect the value and marketability of real estate in the Ozarks, from changing market trends to the details of mortgage finance. I offer the highest level of experience and intensive knowledge about Branson, Table Rock Lake, and the surrounding Tri – Lakes communities.
As a real estate practitioner, I bring marketing expertise and close relationships with influential players in the Branson real estate community to your transaction, whether buying or selling.
I’m a broker-agent with ERA Table Rock Realty, one of the oldest real estate firms in the Tri- Lakes area. Local roots and national presence are both vitally important in marketing real estate effectively, and ERA Table Rock Realty offers the best of both worlds. In addition, information is constantly flowing through our office which gives our agents an edge when advising clients making life changing investment decisions.
At ERA Table Rock Realty all agents are members of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS, which greatly increases visibility for our listings. We also co-market listings as an office, increasing your property’s exposure. Furthermore, all our listing are featured on prominent national real estate sites such as REALTOR.com, Trulia.com, and ERA.com.
I pride myself on providing my clients with the most comprehensive information available. From digging for comparable sales prices to attending county planning meetings, I strive to know as much as possible about the local market.
I make every effort not to sugar coat information, whether good or bad, when advising about the sale or purchase of real estate. By informing clients of real market conditions, instead of telling clients what they want to hear, I find my business relationships stay positive and professional. Because of this philosophy, I have a great repeat clientele that know they can trust what I have to say.

Just for fun…
I am mother to three awesome, well rounded kids whom I chased all over Southwest Missouri watching basketball, baseball, cross country, football, golf, softball, and track. Nowadays, they are young adults and I am having a blast watching them come into their own. Andrew, 24, is involved in commercial real estate development in Kansas City. Alex, 23, owns and operates tourism-related web sites in Branson. Audrey, 22, is preparing to attend law school in the fall of 2010. All are graduates of the University of Missouri. Go Tigers!
In my spare time, I love to sew, dance, and travel. I also enjoy biking, hiking, and being outdoors.
What others often say
I drive my red Ford F-150 like a nascar driver. Some clients prefer to follow me, not ride with me. I don’t blame them — I’ve got places to go and things to do!
I am always smiling. Guilty as charged. Life is short; might as well be happy!
I need to put my dog on a diet. Hey — Cleo is pleasantly plump (yellow lab, 115 pounds, cute as can be). All the neighbors feed her, even when I tell them to stop. Oh well…what can ya do?
