How does $18,000 smackaroos sound for a Bull Shoals lakefront (well, bluffront) lot? I think it sounds like a great deal – especially since Shoals Bend is one of the best neighborhoods near Forsyth. Where else can you buy an estate lot with few neighbors for anywhere near $18,000. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute drive to grocery stores, dry cleaning, etc., then Shoals Bend is an excellent place to put down roots.
