To be honest, they market homes like a BUNCH OF CLOWNS!  Most real estate agents in Branson, Missouri practice a listing method that’s as old as the real estate profession itself.  It’s called “Set it and forget it”, and it doesn’t exactly have a stellar track record.  In fact, just throwing a listing on the MLS and forgetting about it is why many would-be sellers get so frustrated with their agents.  They decide to entrust the marketing of their most valuable asset (their home) to their uncle’s cousin’s brother and then have the gall to get mad when it doesn’t sell.  If they would have enlisted a full time, professional real estate agent that markets aggressively, their experience would be drastically different.  I don’t mean to be disparaging to other agents, but it’s the truth.  Many are lazy, self-serving, and outright deceptive about the level of service a client should expect.  I try my hardest every single day to be the antithesis of this type of agent.  If you would like more information about how I market homes in Branson, Missouri, feel free to give me a call at 417-337-1627.
